Weekend Services Coordinator

Reporting to the Pastor of Worship & Arts, it will be your responsibility to create welcoming environments where guests are comfortable, cared for, and ultimately discover the best next step in a relationship with Jesus Christ through clear and strategic communication, both visibly and audibly.

Director of Operations

Southview is looking for an experienced leader to become our next Director of Operations. This role forms an integral part of the leadership of the church, ensuring the readiness of the church to fulfil its ministry mission. The Director of Operations will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the church operations team, leading all functional areas to accomplish the church’s mission. This includes operations, strategic planning with the lead team, development, human resources, and finance.

Community Engagement & Partnership Pastor

We are looking for an experienced Pastor to help build a plan to mobilize and guide the people of Southview Church outside our walls. In reaching, connecting, and living the scatter life. The successful candidate will help scope, develop, and lead the “out” strategy of Southview.

Custodian - Operations

As a member of the Facilities Department, you will be part of the team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our facility spaces. As the Custodian, you will support in maintaining our spaces and property by facility cleaning and sanitization, set-up and tear-down, as well as winter and summer grounds maintenance. If you are someone who has an eye for detail throughout the building and diligent to maintain a clean and tidy building, this role is for you.
